It’s good that you are willing to acknowledge your wrongdoing. I believe anyone can change and deserves the opportunity to do so. However, your bullying wasn’t a decade ago, it was quite recent. The world will need to see that you’ve actually changed and aren’t just apologizing because you were called out and want to save yourself from being canceled.
